The prices shown are
£ Sterling and for the rental of the cottage for weekly, 2
night and 3 or 4 night break holidays starting on the dates shown
on the left hand column. Weekly holidays in Gwili Tywi & Cothi
run from Saturday to Saturday. Weekly holidays in Taff & Teifi
run from Friday to Friday, 2 night short breaks start on a Friday
or Saturday and 3 night breaks start on a Friday or you can stay
for 4 nights starting on a Monday for the same price.

Terms & Conditions
Bookings
All booking to be confirmed with a 30% non refundable deposit. the
balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Late bookings subject to availability payment on arrival.
Property
Upton Hall Cottages are let for the number of people specified with
no exeption except with prior arrangement and for the period booked.
All members of your party further agree not to use the cottage for
any commercial purposes, including without limitation, assigning
or subletting it or allowing anyone to occupy it who has not previouly
been accepted by us.
All members of your party agree to keep the property clean &
tidy and all furniture fixtures and fittings in or on the property
in the same state of repair and condition as found at the begining
of the holiday period. You also undertake to leave the premises
in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was
found.
You and your party are responsible for the costs of any damage or
breakages to the propery and its contents.
Arrivals and departure
After 3.30 PM on day of arrival
Departure no later than 10.00 AM please
These time may be flexible on request.
Prices are fully inclusive of VAT, electricity, oil and initial
supply of wood. All linen is provided, including kitchen and bathroom
towls. The towels provided are for use in the property only. |
